• Fixes problems with 1st Class and PostCard mailings where Non-Auto 5 digit and Non-Auto 3 digit trays were not included in the Postage Reports.
• Fixed problem in 1st Class postage statement where piece count for the tray types was printing too far to left.

  If you are not using Bulk Mail 5.5 for 1st Class and PostCard mailings then these changes will not affect you.

Updated Farm Structure.

• Farms that were CASS certified by the early versions of the IMPACT2000 program (used by subscribing title companies) had a different structure than the current standard. This could cause a ”string too long” error if you were trying to move records between one of these older farms and a newer farm. Instant Impact! now checks for the older structure and corrects it automatically if found.

Misc Enhancements

• Fixed problem with number of total records reverting to original farm count (after processing BULKMAIL.MDB) when switching tabs or selecting trays in Farm Manager.
• Fixed problems with Bulk Mail Tray Select (also know as Query by Tray) feature showing wrong record count.
• Removed submenu in farm Manager to run Bulk Mail (one less thing to click on)
• Now there is a busy cursor when Copying Farms (Main Screen menu function)
• The 'Number to Print' box is now more interactive. Automatically calculates remaining records, etc.

Maximum Sortation Level
Allows you to optimize Bulk Mail to your business needs!

While Carrier Route sorts may have less postal costs, they have strict requirements that must be adhered to in order to qualify. Mail pieces must be kept in sort order and separator cards may be required.

Save Handling and Preparation by selecting 5 Digit!

• 5 Digit sort used as highest level.
• Are the additional handling and preparation costs of Carrier Route trays costing you more that the Postal savings that these classes offer? Then choose this!
  5 Digit mailing trays do not require that the mail pieces be sorted within the trays. So these trays are easy to prepare!

Save Postage by selecting Carrier Route!

• Utilizes Carrier Route sorts (Automation Basic, Line of Travel, etc.) if mailing qualifies.
• If maximizing Postal savings is your priority then choose this!

Drop-Off Point information

• Mail Drop-Off Point information is now separate from Mailer's address information.
• Fixed problem where the Point of Origin on Tray Labels for Basic Trays showed the Regional Mailer Center instead of the Mailer's Drop-Off Point.

Optional Endorsement Line changes

• New Endorsement Line format conforms to latest Postal regulations and looks better.
