Click on the tabs in the image to see other screen shots within the contact manager. CLICK HERE to see the Related Detail screen. The History tab shows any and all actions that the program has performed on the current record.  It also allows you to track expenses or income for a certain record.  A records History follows it wherever it goes, if you copy a record with a history to one of the other Information Managers, the history goes with it.                                                                                                    CLICK HERE TO SEE THIS TAB. The Action Plan tab allows you to define actions or events that you need to do for that record (i.e. a reminder).  Action Plan is tied in closely with Campaigns/Action Plans.                                 CLICK HERE TO SEE THIS TAB. This tab displays all of the data that is in the current Information Manager in what is called a “table:” each row is a record and each column is a field, with the field names at the top of each column.
